It's been a long time...here is a soundtrack to a thought.

Track Details
1. Image a world in which robots are servant to man. One robots defies the status quo and becomes sentient while walking in the park.
2. The robot wants to become human and wants to learn about humans in the best location...an airport. The robot ends up learning too much and boards an airplane.
3. The plane lands in Las Vegas. The robot walks the strip, gets drunk, gets lost in the lights, and learns how to gamble.
4. The robot plays a game of high-stakes poker. A crucial hand is played and the robot uses his superior intelligence and skills to beat his opponents.
5. Fast-forward and the robot has lived his whole life being the best at poker. He finally grasps the human emotion of love...love of poker.

Combine all of the dough ingredients and knead vigorously for 10 minutes or up to 15 minutes if you're kneading by hand. Since we're using a high-protein bread flour here, it takes a bit more effort and time to develop the gluten. The dough will be quite stiff; if you're using a mixer it will "thwap" the sides of the bowl, and hold its shape (without spreading at all) when you stop the mixer. ... more
